Craig is the founder of the firm and specialises in commercial law, property law and the administration of deceased estates. He advises clients ranging from large corporates to private individuals. In addition, Craig is an experienced conveyancer, notary public, estate planner and mediator.
Craig is married with two children, is an enthusiastic golfer, avid reader and adventurer, who enjoys a good glass of wine with friends and family.
Dianne heads up our conveyancing transfer department. With more than 25 years of conveyancing and property law experience, she can guide you expertly in relation to all aspects of property law. Dianne predominantly focuses on residential, commercial and industrial property transfers. She can readily assist you with all your conveyancing needs, including subdivisions, township establishments and opening sectional title registers. Apart from being a skilled conveyancer, Dianne is also a notary public.

Justin spearheads the litigation department and jointly heads up the commercial department with Craig Telfer.
With his strategic thinking, exceptional analytical skills and meticulous case management, Justin has earned the confidence of local and international clients across all sectors. Justin has run matters relating to commercial property, insurance, insolvency, complicated commercial and contractual disputes, the enforcement of restraints of trade, delictual claims, commercial arbitrations, family law and labour related mediations and arbitrations.
Justin also advises on commercial law and regularly attends to the structuring, negotiation and implementing of mergers and acquisitions, transactions involving the sale of shares and sale of businesses, general financing and security, company formations and the regulation of shareholder affairs.
Justin is married with two children. He loves sports, has a remarkable memory, enjoys a social drink and has an unending list of dad jokes.
With a track record of dynamic leadership and unwavering dedication, Keshnee has risen through the ranks to become Director of our Conveyancing Bond Department. She leads with a client-focused mindset, combining strategic planning and efficient management to ensure fast, seamless bond registrations. Outside of work, Keshnee enjoys reading, particularly books on personal growth and self-help, always seeking new insights to enrich both her personal and professional life.
Lascelle is experienced in litigation, dealing primarily with debt collection (recovery), civil litigation, criminal and family matters, as well as POPIA compliance. She handles liquidation proceedings and has completed an Advanced Course in Business Rescue. She brings energy, dedication and organisational skills to all her matters.
Lascelle is married with a passion for cooking, life and people, and loves watching true-crime documentaries.
Zeena began her legal career at Telfer Inc as a candidate attorney and has since been promoted to the role of associate. She brings a broad range of experience across multiple areas of law, with particular interest in family law, structured lending, conveyancing, civil litigation and labour law. Zeena is driven by a deep commitment to justice and human rights and holds a Master’s degree in International Law. She has recently been admitted as both a Conveyancer and Notary, further strengthening her valuable contributions to the team.
Phakamile joined Telfer Inc as a candidate attorney and has subsequently been promoted to the position of associate. Phakamile works in the firm’s conveyancing department, where she focuses on mortgage bond registrations.
